04/21/2019 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred on April 21st at 1:40 am on Yale Avenue just south of 144th Street North in the city limits of Collinsville.
A 2001 Dodge Ram driven by William Anderson-Vansickle, age 25, of Sperry was traveling northbound, departed the roadway right and hit a retaining wall. He was transported by private vehicle to Saint John Hospital in Tulsa where he was admitted in critical condition with trunk and internal injuries.
