Tulsa County has informed the City of Owasso that 86th Street will be closed from Mingo to Memorial starting Tuesday May 3rd at 9:00 am.
Crews will be working on the Ranch Creek Bridge approaches. Work is expected to be completed by Saturday May 7th (Weather Permitting).
There will be NO through access.
