11/14/2018 – Owasso officers were dispatched to a residence in the area of 600 North Birch just after 10:00pm Tuesday evening, on a call related to a verbal domestic in progress.
When officers arrived, they discovered that Kyle Joe Szalay, 33 had reportedly assault the reporting victim.
During the investigation, the arrest report states officers discovered that Szalay and the victim fought over a firearm during the altercation. In the process, Szalay fired rounds into the ceiling of the residence, after overpowering the victim.
Kyle Szalay was arrested by Owasso Police, and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on the following charges:
