01/06/2019 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred January 5th, 2019 at approximately 1:30pm on 156th Street North 2/10 mile east of Sheridan, 2 miles west of Collinsville, OK in Tulsa County.
A 2001 Honda Recon ATV driven by Juvenile male (name withheld), age 13, of Collinsville was traveling westbound on 156th Street North and for an unknown reason departed the roadway left striking a tree.
He was transported by Collinsville Fire to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted in critical condition with head, trunk external, trunk internal, arm and leg injuries
