An accident was reported just after noon Saturday on Southbound Hwy 169 at 116th Street North.
The four-vehicle wreck, which included an Oklahoma Department of Transportation mower had the highway shut down for about an hour.
Owasso Police Department officials are trying to determine if the ODOT mower was in the roadway at the time of the crash or if one of the vehicles left the roadway and hit it.
Three people reported minor injuries.
