Oklahoma City, Ok. – Public Safety officials urge motorists traveling on Interstate 35 through the Norman area tomorrow to use alternate routes because of road construction and congestion due to holiday travelers and the University of Oklahoma football game.
Oklahoma Department of Transportation will have message boards posted to ask people on Interstate 35 to take alternate routes at Tecumseh Road.
Motorists are encouraged to use Western and Sooner Roads as much as possible before and after the football game to avoid a shutdown of the Interstate.
