Full day of festivities includes a ceremonial Golden Scoop ceremony and ribbon cutting, spin to win prizes, the chance to win free Andy’s™ for a year plus special guests from the North Pole!
WHAT: Andy’s Frozen Custard®, the award-winning frozen custard and treat shop known for its Made Fresh Hourly™ frozen custard and Baked Fresh Daily toppings, will host a Grand Opening event for its new Owasso store on Friday, December 16th. The day will feature a “Golden Scoop” and ribbon cutting ceremony as well as a festive community celebration, including the launch of a treat only available in Owasso: The Rambo Smash Concrete. Named for the beloved Owasso High School mascot, The Rambo Smash will feature Andy’s™ vanilla frozen custard blended with chocolate syrup, maraschino cherries, Heath® Bar and almonds.
The five other Andy’s locations in Oklahoma will join Owasso in the celebration: All six will be offering $2 one-topping sundaes all day long.
Treat lovers are invited to the Golden Scoop and ribbon cutting at 10:30 a.m. followed by the sweet festivities complete with music, games, and prizes, including a chance to win free custard for a year. Later in the day, Santa and Mrs. Claus will fly in from the North Pole to offer sweet holiday cheer from the patio.
