What foods can I incorporate into my diet to help my skin?

Hydration is probably the most important component of healthy skin.  Making sure you are drinking plenty of water on a daily basis is important.  Hydration helps maintain a healthy skin glow and prevent or lessen the appearance of wrinkles. 
Other beneficial dietary additions include foods that are high in Vitamin A such as low fat dairy products like skim milk. Foods that are high in essential fatty acids such as avocados, walnuts, and salmon help replace the cell membrane that protects your skin cells and holds in hydration.  Foods that are high in anti-oxidants such as blueberries and strawberries help neutralize the damaging effects of the sun on your skin.  Hope this helps!
