04/20/2022 – At 1:27 AM this morning, Owasso Police received a call of an alarm going off at the Dollar General located at 8787 N Owasso Expressway.
When police arrived they discovered a broken west window and a large cement block outside it.
Investigating the area police found the power had been switched off from the power supply in the back of the building, and the box had been damaged in an attempt to remove it.
It is assumed the alarm sounding scared off the burglars, and no merchandise was taken.
PSO was called to check out the damage to the electrical equipment.
Security camera footage from the area and the event is currently being reviewed.
