Owasso, Okla. (March 7, 2017)  – Bailey Medical Center has, for the sixth consecutive year, been named one of the “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare” by Becker’s Healthcare. The list features both U.S. health care provider organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgical centers and home health agencies, as well as other types of health care-specific companies, like consulting firms, health IT vendors, medical societies and more.

“At Bailey Medical Center we believe that providing exceptional health care and having fun aren’t mutually exclusive. In fact, we’ve seen that the culture we have at Bailey resonates with our patients and families as it is evident at every touch point throughout their experience with us,” said Keith Mason, chief executive officer of Bailey Medical Center.

Bailey Medical Center fosters a positive work environment through offering creative ways to engage its team members, including monthly celebrations and quarterly “town hall” meetings hosted by administration to solicit employee feedback.

Dana Weir, administrative associate/unit clerk at Bailey Medical Center said, “I love working at Bailey because I really feel like we are a family, and that includes the care we give our patients.  I feel like everyone in every department goes above and beyond to be the best, and that makes me proud to work here.”

Hillcrest HealthCare System’s Hillcrest Hospital South, located in south Tulsa, also also made this year’s “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare” list.
