Bernadine A HollandBernadine A. Holland was born November 28, 1932, in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, to Troy and May Crockett McDorman. She was surrounded by her family when she died Tuesday, February 11, 2020, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 87 years. Bernadine completed her secondary education in Tulsa and graduated with the Will Rogers High School Class of 1950. She spent over 30 years of her working as the owner and operator of American Mobile Home Convoy in Tulsa. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially going to dinner with her family. She was also an avid lover of cats and cared for many of them in her neighborhood. She was especially fond of her role as Grandma to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

 

Those she leaves behind who hold many cherished memories include:
Her daughters; Jan Harrold and husband Wendell, of Oologah, Oklahoma
Sharon Tracy and husband Roger, of Sperry, Oklahoma
Grandchildren; Michael Merryman, of Sperry, Oklahoma
Kimberly Butler and husband Bryan, of Little Elm, Texas
Farrah Cathey and husband Keith, of Tulsa, Oklahoma
Great grandchildren; Cooper Fenderson and Taryn Wilkinson
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Marlin Holland, sister, Joyce Fugate, and brother, Wesley McDorman.

 

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 13, 2020, at the Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel with visitation one hour prior to service time. Officiating minister will be Pastor Jimmy Ray. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
