Billy Ray Curtis, Jr., entered this world December 31, 1956, in Lynwood, California, to Billy Ray Curtis, Sr., and Ruth Marie (Kub) Curtis. He entered eternity Tuesday, September 3, 2013, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 56 years. He lived on this earth 20,700 days, but this is not the end, it is just the beginning. “I am on this earth for just a little while” Psalm 119. Billy was reared and educated in California and was a graduate of Santa Fe Springs High School. He would cruise Whittier Boulevard and was the first to put a V-8 engine in a Chevy Luv truck. He continued his education attending Okmulgee Tech in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, and studiedauto mechanics. He was married February 23, 1980, in Las Vega, Nevada, to Judy Chastain. They had made their home in Owasso since 1991. Billy spent most of his working life as a service manager in the automobile industry. Billy was a funny and caring man who could talk anyone into anything. In recent years, he enjoyed working on his house and traveling the Colorado River. He also enjoyed fast cars and fast boats. He loved God and loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a baby sister, Ann Marie Curtis.
