Black Bear Diner’s Owasso spot is saying goodbye on Dec 20th. We always hate to see any local business close.Communications Director Jolisa Johnson shared, “Closing wasn’t easy, but we’ve cherished our time with the Owasso community. Join us for one last meal before Dec 20! Please know that our Tulsa diner and our three greater Oklahoma City area diners remain open, and we look forward to seeing guests at these locations again soon.
