Bradley Joe “Brad” Hart was born on November 27, 1961, in Coffeyville, Kansas to Robert Lee Hart and Verna “Jody” (Brichacek) Hart. He passed from this life on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at his home in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years. Brad was raised and educated in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and graduated with the Bartlesville Sooner High School Class of 1980. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and a minor in Information Processing from Oklahoma State University in 1984. Brad was married on June 22, 1985, in Tulsa to Shawna Susan (Spradling) Hart. Brad and Shawna lived in Yukon, Oklahoma for four years, before moving to Texas, where they lived for 12 years and started their family of 3 children. They moved back to Oklahoma in 2001 and lived in Edmond before settling back in Owasso in 2008. He retired in 2020 after 37 years in the Oil and Gas industry, most of which were spent as an I.T. consultant with ConocoPhillips in Bartlesville. Brad was a faithful member of St. Therese Catholic Church in Collinsville. Brad had an analytical mind and a knack for solving problems, always coming up with creative solutions. His quick wit and sense of humor kept everyone laughing, making sure people felt comfortable and included. He was a natural protector, incredibly proud of his family, and always up for a good sports chat with anyone who wanted to talk. In his spare time, he enjoyed a variety of activities such as golfing, watching OSU athletics, watching home improvement shows and finishing home improvement projects, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
