C HolderCharles Steven Wyckoff-Holder age 65 of Owasso, OK. left this world for his eternal home on Sunday February 28th, 2016.

Steve was born June 28th, 1950 in Olton, Texas to Lafreeda and Charles Wyckoff. He lived in Olton until 1959, then he and his mother moved to San Diego, California. In October of 1967 he joined the U.S. Marine Corporation doing 4 years of service in Vietnam, being honorably discharged in 1971. Steve began his truck driving career shortly after. He married Carole Stevens August 28, 1981 in Spiro, Oklahoma. They moved shortly thereafter to Broken Arrow Oklahoma where they lived until 1994, moving to Owasso, Oklahoma. He was a resident of Owasso for 22 years.

He is survived by his wife Carole Holder of the home, 1 daughter, Lisa Marie of Hollywood, CA., step-father, Frank Ethridge of Spiro, OK, a step-brother, Bob Ethridge and wife of Wister, OK., 2 step-sons, Larry Stevens and wife Elaine of Bartlesville, OK. Ricky Stevens of Bartlesville, OK., 1 step-daughter, Debbie Vineyard and husband Kenny of Panama, OK., 6 grandchildren, Emily Eleftherakis and husband Roger of Oklahoma City, OK., Michael Stevens of Dallas, TX., Lucas Stevens of Bartlesville, OK., Bobby Stevens of Manford, OK., Jacob Steven of McAlester, OK., Kayla Vineyard of Bedford, TX., 4 great-grandchildren and another great-grandson to be born in August. Adopted granddaughter, Cassie Chapa, 2 Aunts, Jeanette Wilcox of Crane TX., Betty Edgemon of Oklahoma City, OK., 6 cousins, 4 brother in-laws, and 3 sister in-laws, and a large loving church family and many special and dear friends.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, LaFreeda Etheridge, father Charles Wyckoff, step-son, Terry Stevens and grandmother, Lola Leigh.
Steve retired in 2012 from many long years of cross country truck driving. He went to work for Rail Crew Express as a van driver of engineers and conductors to their rail sites in 2013. He was a 13 year member of the Collinsville Free Will Baptist Church of Collinsville, OK. Also a member of Collinsville VFW.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 5th, 2016 at 2:00 pm. at the Collinsville Free Will Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in Steven’s name to Wounded Warriors Project.
