The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has identified the deceased suspect in an overnight shooting which occurred on Saturday September 21st, 2013, at 32nd West Avenue near 61st Street South in Tulsa.
The suspect has been identified as 33 year old Tel Levi Rogers of Claremore, OK.
Bobby Raines – OHP
The State Trooper involved in the incident is 28 year old Bobby Raines of Sapulpa, OK. Raines has been a State Trooper with Oklahoma Highway Patrol for one year and six months. He has been placed on routine paid administrative leave pending the results of an internal investigation.
