Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports a personal injury collision occurred at 4:50 am on June 4th, 2019 approximately .5 mile east of CR2150 on CR1170, which is 2 miles south and 1.5 miles east of Burn Flat, OK in Washita County.

A 2012 Chevy Equinox driven by Isaiah J Stoner,  22 of Collinsville was eastbound on CR1170, drove past a “Bridge Out” sign, and drove into a washed-out roadway with an approximately 20 ft drop off.  He was transported to  Alliance Health Center in Clinton, OK with head, arm, trunk, and leg injuries and then transferred to OU Medical Center in OKC and is listed in serious condition.
