A Collinsville man has been sentences to 33 years in prison for a deadly shooting outside the Owasso Kum and Go at 86th and Main last July.

Jacob Pepper pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of Emmett Wood. Court records show Pepper was using methamphetamine when he met Wood at the gas station, robbed and shot him.
