Community Homeschool Information Event will be held Thursday, March 28th 6:30 p.m. at Silver Creek Nazarene Church on 145th between 86th & 96th in Owasso.
Are you thinking about homeschooling? Are you new to homeschooling? Do you need more information about homeschool laws in OK? Do you want to know the difference between true homeschooing and public school at home? Are you related to or a neighbor of a homeschool family and you just don’t understand why they have chosen this path for their family?
Then this event is for you! Cindy Nicolai from Oklahoma Christian Home Educators Consociation(OCHEC) will share many myths and truths of the homeschool world. There will be area “vendors” that offer services to homeschool families available. Area homeschool groups will be represented.
This is a free event! Doors will open at 6:30pm with a time to visit with vendors. Cindy will begin speaking at 7pm. At the end, you will be able to ask questions as well as visit with those vendors that you may not have spoken to yet.
