Children attending First Presbyterian Church VBS this summer, collected money to benefit the new OpenTable Community Cafe in Owasso.
This morning, Ken Allen from First Presbyterian Church presented a check for $290 to Melinda Foster of Open Table Cafe. In turn, Melinda presented 30 meal tokens to Randy Cowling of Owasso Community Resources. Each token will be good for 1 free meal at Open Table for those in need of a helping hand.
Great job to the kids at VBS that caused this chain reaction of giving and caring.
