The Community Resource Fair is your opportunity to visit with representatives from over 40 agencies to learn about the programs and services they offer. Transition Services are crucial in supporting students as they move towards life after high school. Transition plans assist students with setting and meeting post-secondary goals in three key areas: college or vocational education and training, independent living, and career choices and employment.
