01/04/2018 – Beginning January 10th 2018, contractors will begin saw cutting areas on North 101st East Avenue which is the entrance to Southern Links (SEE MAP).
Weather permitting, contractors will begin actual concrete repairs on January 15th, 2018 and should complete the work within 30 days.
Additional work is scheduled in the Southern Links addition, however at this time staff is unsure of the actual time frame for such work as the remainder of work on North 101st, East 83rd Street, North 99th E Ave and East 84th Street has a substantial amount of complete reconstruction work which is not conducive to the cold temperatures. Staff will keep residents in the area notified of upcoming work in these additional areas.
Drivers in this area will experience delays and lane closures during construction
