What is a Pop Up Restaurant? 
 
Many Chefs use pop ups to test menu items, concepts, help with staff training, etc. It’s a great way to open a concept without investing hundreds of thousands of dollars. We will use this opportunity to open a temporary type restaurant and help feed the community as well.
 
A portion of every ticket we sell to the restaurant will go to Open Table Community Cafe to help them feed our community. You can eat a great meal and know that you are helping others at the same time.
 
 
How will Creole’s Restaurant work? How can I get tickets?
 
We will open for Dinner service on Saturdays to begin with. As we grow, we may add more evenings to the week. The menu will be a set menu created by Chef Matt. We will offer a 3 course meal by candlelight setting. The menu for the upcoming dinner is posted below, along with the opportunity to buy tickets online. We will offer 40 tickets per evening, due to seating restrictions at Open Table. This will also give us the chance to get close & personal with all of you and create a unique dining experience.

Executive Chef & Founder, Matt Louviere grew up in kitchens in South Louisiana, where the entire culture revolves around food. Early on, Matt developed a love for cooking while watching his grandmothers skillfully create Louisiana dishes in their own kitchens. His love of cooking continued into adult hood, when Matt enrolled in, and completed, culinary school, after moving his family to Oklahoma.
 
 
While living in Oklahoma, Matt decided to start a personal chef and catering company, Chef Matt Louviere, Personal Chef & Catering LLC, because he preferred the close relationships that he was able to form with his clients, rather than in a restaurant environment. Being a personal chef allows Matt to know what his customers like / don’t like, and adjust to changes instantly.
 
 
Catering and Event Planning grew quickly. Matt realized that to continue to grow with the needs of his clients, the personal chef company had to expand and adapt too. 
Matt takes great pride in the food that comes out of his kitchen, and holds his staff to that same level of service. Matt will work hand in hand with you to make sure that your food, service, and experience is as memorable as the event itself.
