Dana Michelle Allenbaugh was born February 1, 1971, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Johnny Lee Young and Rita Jean Hampton. She died Wednesday, October 25, 2017, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 46 years. Dana was reared and educated in Owasso and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1990. Her early career was as an office worker and a reservation agent for a car rental agency. In the last 15 years, she worked as a caregiver working through Comfort Keepers and then most recently with Sisterly Care. She was a faithful member of First Church in Owasso where she was active with her Sunday School class. She also spent time with her friends at the Owasso Senior Center. Dana enjoyed spending time with her quilting group, the “Patchworkers”, and had made quilts for family members and friends. She also enjoyed playing Canasta with her card group.

Her husband, Tim, her brother, Eric Young, her nephew, Cooper Young, her mother, Rita Anich, and her husband, Milan Anich, Sr., and her father, Johnny Young, and his wife Lynda.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 30, 2017, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Father Chris Waters officiating. Serving as honorary casket bearers will be Johnny Young, Eric Young, Tim Allenbaugh, Cooper Young, Chris Anich, James Anich, Milan Anich, Sr., and Milan Anich II.
