Deborah Ann  SturdivanDeborah Ann Sturdivan was born June 18, 1970, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to Charles David “Chuck” Sturdivan and Barbara Lee Grove. She died January 2, 2020, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 49. Debbie attended Owasso Public Schools where she was a cheerleader in high school. She was graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1988. She continued her education attending Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Debbie was currently working with Tulsa Public Schools in the Education Service Center. She had also worked as a jazzercize instructor and loved to exercise. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including going to the lake and spending time with her family. Her friends were very important to her and she had the gift of being a special friend to many. She was a special loving person that went above and beyond to help and care for others.

 

Those she leaves behind who hold many cherished memories include:
Her father; Charles “Chuck” Sturdivan, of Coffeyville, Kansas
Brother and sister-in-law; Alan and Ronda Sturdivan, of Claremore, Oklahoma
Sister and brother-in-law; Terry and Daniel Coburn, of Owasso
Nieces and nephews; Trent Sturdivan, of Tulsa, Oklahoma
Alyssa and Ryan Hauptmann, of Owasso, Oklahoma
Alex and Austin Coburn, of Owasso, Oklahoma
And Pippa Lee her precious dog
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bobbi Sturdivan
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, January 6, 2020, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 7, 2020, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Andrew Rankin officiating. Final resting place will be at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
