Debra Ann Jones was born November 4, 1967, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Charles Lee Jones and Sarah Ann Kelley Jones. She died Thursday, January 28, 2021, in Tulsa at the age of 53 years. Debra was reared and educated in Owasso, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Owasso High School Class of 1986. She spent most of her working life as an administrative assistant. Debra enjoyed a variety of pastimes, but enjoyed anything involving Mickey Mouse. She also enjoyed reading and drawing.

Private family interment was held at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
