Doyle Wayne WilliamsDoyle Wayne Williams was born February 18, 1935, in Shawnee, Oklahoma, to Hilra “Dib” and Katherine Elizabeth Paslay Williams. He died Tuesday, March 30, 2021, in Coweta, Oklahoma, at the age of 86 years. Doyle was a veteran of the armed forces having served his country honorably with the United States Army during the Korean War. He was married July 1, 1954, in Seminole, Oklahoma, to Bobbie Glennell Lewis. He and Bobbie made their home in Oklahoma City then Shawnee where Doyle spent over 34 years with Tinker Air Force Base as an engine planner. After retirement they made their home in Coweta, Oklahoma. Doyle attended Gloryland Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He was also a 32nd Degree Freemason. He enjoyed a variety of pastimes, especially spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed woodworking in his wood shop. He and Bobbie also had an affection for feeding and watching hummingbirds.

Zachariah Diaz, of Kingston, Oklahoma
Hillary Blackburn and husband Evan, of Edmond, Oklahoma
Chaez Diaz and wife Summer, of Madill, Oklahoma
Austin Williams, of Stillwater, Oklahoma
Great grandchildren; Maia Matheny, Layne Bertram, and Josie Diaz
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Bobbie Williams, infant brother, Henry Elton Williams, and infant sister, Ethelda Williams and Norma Jeanne Mahan.

Visitation will be held 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 2, 2021, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso, Oklahoma. Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Fairview Cemetery in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Owasso Baptist Village – Adams Fund, 7410 North 127th East Avenue, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
