11/24/2019 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred November 22nd at approximately 5:20 pm on 129th East Avenue at 104th Street North, approximately 200 feet west of Owasso, OK in Tulsa County.

Vehicle-1:  2014 Ford Flex driven by Michael Jantz, 27 of Broken Arrow was driving a 2014 Ford Flex and was traveling northbound on 129th East Avenue, departed the roadway left, striking 2017 Jeep Cherokee driven by a teenage female, of Collinsville, OK.  He then struck the ditch and rolled an unknown number of times

Jantz was transported by EMSA to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Treated and released.

Passenger-1: Name Withheld, white male, minor, of Owasso, OK.  Transported by EMSA to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Treated and released.

Passenger-2: Name Withheld, white male, minor, of Owasso, OK.  Transported by EMSA to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Treated and released.

Passenger-3: Name Withheld, white female, minor, of Owasso, OK.  Transported by EMSA to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK. Admitted in stable condition with trunk internal, trunk external, and head injuries.

The driver of the second vehicle was not Injured.
