Edward J. Priggemeier was born on June 4, 1926, in Haddonfield, New Jersey to William F. Priggemeier and Emma C. (Fritz) Priggemeier. He passed from this life on Friday, December 22, 2023, in Owasso, Oklahoma at the age of 97 years. Edward was raised and educated in Haddonfield and graduated with the Haddonfield High School Class of 1944. He then enlisted and served his country honorably in the United States Navy. After returning home, Edward earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pennsylvania Military College in Chester, Pennsylvania and his masters from the Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at Harvard University. He was married on September 20, 1952, in Long Island, New York. Edward spent most of his working life as the Corporate Credit Manager for Sun Oil Company for 31 years. He was a faithful member of Central Baptist Church in Owasso. Edward spent many years volunteering at Christ for Humanity and being a part of the Biblical Literature Fellowship in Belgium as well as volunteering at the Kako Retreat Center in Alaska. In his spare time, he also enjoyed a variety of other past times such as woodworking, reading and gardening.

9 Great Grandchildren;
Reagan Nye, Theodore Nye, and Colton Nye, Owen Nye, Eloise Nye, Ashton Christensen, Kelly Christensen, Harry Christensen, Jude Christensen, and Jerome Rogers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Emma, two brothers, William and Harry, and three sisters, Emma, Evelyn, and Betty.
