Location update: The Elm Creek Park Improvements citizen input meeting has been moved to the Baptist Village of Owasso Chapel located at 7410 N. 127th E Ave. The meeting will be held on Monday, March 11th, 2013 from 6:30 to 7:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to hear citizen input and share concepts on the upcoming Elm Creek Park improvements. If you have ideas on what improvements are needed and want to give your insight on this quality of life enhancement, please join the Recreation and Culture staff at this meeting as we discuss the challenges and opportunities for Elm Creek Park.
