Waterfall FuneralEric Jeffrey Schockley was born December 29, 1995, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Christopher Lawrence and Kelli Janelle Blackford. He died Friday, July 14, 2017, in Collinsville, Oklahoma, at the age of 21 years. Eric was reared and educated in Collinsville, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Collinsville High School Class of 2014 where he was active with the Collinsville Band and played the clarinet. He was currently a student with the Academy of Contemporary Music at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. Music was a great interest of Eric’s and he was a talented musician and was studying music production. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and longboarding.

Tasha and Kevin Bartholic, of Tulsa
Daniel and Susan Groft, of Tulsa
Aunt and Uncle; Ross and Michelle Aston, of Oologah, and their sons Ryan and Tyler.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 20, 2017, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 1:30 Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Collinsville First Baptist Church with Pastor Tim Prock officiating. Serving as honorary casket bearer will be Brandon White, Triston Stogstill, Brandon Waller, Ryan Aston, Ryan Dougall, and Tyler Aston. Committal service and interment will be at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Eric’s memory to the Collinsville Band, 1415 West Center Street, Collinsville, Oklahoma, 74021.
