Faith Anna Dye was born March 12, 2016, in Claremore, Oklahoma, to Junior DeWayne Dye and Dakota DeAnn (Cochran) Dye. She passed from this life on Monday, May 22, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of seven years. Faith was a very brave, strong, and resilient young girl. She never met a stranger and everyone who met her fell in love with her character. She dearly loved her family and always prayed over them. She enjoyed watching YouTube all day everyday if she could. She loved being around her dad and mom, even if just sitting at home wanting them right next to her. She was so proud of everyone and loved hearing about everyone’s day. She loved getting her hair and makeup done and didn’t go a day without wearing her jewelry. She enjoyed going to the movies, and had just gone with her mom and dad to see the Super Mario movie. She woke herself up talking and put herself to sleep talking. Anytime she had her iPad, she would sneak and call everyone she loved just to see how their day was and what they were up to. She loved it when people spent time with her, constantly thanking them for coming to visit her, and always wanting hugs and kisses. She never failed to let her mom and dad know that they were the best parents ever. She had the most unbound love ever encountered. Her imagination was the funniest and one of the most special qualities about her. She lived the life she wanted to and knew she wouldn’t take no for any answer. Naming her Faith couldn’t have been more fitting.
She will be cherished in the hearts of her parents, Junior and Dakota Dye, as well as her grandparents, aunt, uncles, cousins and the lives of many extended family and friends.
A celebration of Faith’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 26, 2023, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso with Pastor James Dye officiating. The family requests memorial contributions be made in Faith’s memory to the Jayce Dye Memorial Fund, c/o Armstrong Bank, 1700 South Lynn Riggs Boulevard, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
