Fall Registration for the TASA adult softball leagues (Men’s/Coed/Women’s/Seniors/Church) opens August 1st through August 31st. All teams must be registered online.
Fall league start date is September 11th.
Coaches meeting is September 8th at Carl Smith Sports Complex in Tulsa.
Entry fee is $425 for a 12 game double header league. (This does not include the $60 umpire forfeit fee, but does include a dozen balls.) Umpire fees will be $16 per game to be paid at the pre-game conference.
ALL ENTRY FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT COACHES MEETING. NO EXCEPTIONS!! COACHES IF YOU NEED TO COLLECT FEES FROM YOUR PLAYERS PLEASE START NOW.
A $100.00 (non-refundable) deposit is required to hold your spot and is a part of the league fee. Leagues are filled on a first paid deposit basis. Get your deposit in ASAP to reserve your team a place to play.
**ALL MONIES ARE DUE BY THE COACHES MEETING! START COLLECTING FROM YOUR PLAYERS NOW. THERE WILL BE A $25 CHARGE FOR ANYTHING NOT PAID AT MEETING AND $5 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL DAY IT IS LATE AFTER YOUR FIRST GAME!
We encourage you to at least pay the deposit using PayPal (contact your director for a different arrangement). The remainder of your league fee may be paid by CHECK or MONEY ORDER only. No cash please!
Make checks payable to TASA. Note your team name on the memo line. Also, be aware that it may take a couple of weeks to process all checks. There is a $25 return check fee.
