The list features both U.S. healthcare provider organizations, such as hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgical centers and home health agencies, as well as other types of healthcare-specific companies, like consulting firms, health IT vendors, medical societies and more.

“Bailey Medical Center is a great place to work because of our great patients, employees and community,” said Keith Mason, chief executive officer of Bailey Medical Center. “To be recognized as one of the best places to work in healthcare is indicative of our team’s commitment to providing an excellent experience, for our patients and our team members. We are very proud and grateful for this recognition and we will continue to strive to provide an exceptional environment for our patients and our team at Bailey Medical Center.”

Bailey Medical Center fosters a positive work environment through offering creating ways to engage its team members, including monthly celebrations and quarterly “town hall” meetings hosted by administration to solicit employee feedback. In a recent anonymous employee survey, one Bailey Medical Center employee said, “No employer has ever worked so hard to make sure I had the tools needed to ensure the highest level of performance. It’s an honor to work for an employer of this caliber.”
