01/18/2019 – Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports an injury collision occurred Friday morning at approximately 11:41 am on 126th Street North at the intersection of  Sheridan Road eastbound, 2 miles south of Collinsville, OK in Tulsa County.

 

A 17-year-old juvenile male from Collinsville was driving a 1997 Ford F150 eastbound on 126th Street North when he failed to yield at a stop sign and struck a 2005 Honda Accord driven by Ira D. Crews, 69, of Skiatook. Crews was pinned for approximately 5 minutes and was extricated by members of the Collinsville Fire Department using their extrication equipment.

 

The juvenile was transported by Collinsville EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa, where he was treated and released with head and trunk internal injuries.  Crews was transported by Collinsville EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa, where he was admitted in stable condition with head and trunk internal injuries.
