On the hibachi side, watch as chefs not only serve up something delicious, but provide entertainment and fun for everyone, keeping the attention of even the youngest diners.

Feeling adventurous and don’t mind things raw or spicy? Ichiban’s sushi chef has seven years’ experience, creating countless sushi combinations. Try the signature Ichiban Roll—eel, mango, avocado, crunch and crab cake, topped with spicy tuna, spicy white fish, kani, spicy salmon and seaweed salad. Or keep it plain and simple with a California roll.

If you’ve only thought of hibachi restaurants for leisurely evenings out, Ichiban will change your mind. There’s an extensive lunch menu selection, and Manager Yuping Chen says it’s served with speed since working folks are on the clock. “We try to serve as quickly as possible,” she says. “We know people don’t have much time at lunch.”

There’s also a children’s hibachi menu.

Although new to the area, Owner Patrick Chen knew Owasso was the perfect spot for his restaurant. He says it’s a growing community, which is great for owning a business, full of great people.
