Jeffrey D. Tackett was born February 2, 1976, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Larry D. Tackett and Rosetta June Conatzer. He died Friday, November 15, 2013, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 37 years. Jeff was reared and educated in Owasso, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Port Road Christian Academy Class of 1994. He spent most of his working life as ahealthcare worker. He attended House of Prayer in Tulsa as well as Trinity Holiness Assembly of
God in Owasso. Jeff enjoyed a variety of pastimes including cooking and being around animals. He also enjoyed working outdoors and spending time landscaping. Perhaps his greatest interest was listening to music.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, November 18, 2013, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Trinity Holiness Assembly of God in Owasso with Reverend Bill Parks, Reverend Danny Hudson, and Reverend James Brown officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Billy Conatzer, Brent Conatzer, R.D. Tackett, Steven Tackett, Braden Miller, and Doug Miller. Honorary casket bearers will be Greg Fedrick and Steven Hair. Committal services and interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
