Johnnie Lou Williams was born December 25, 1941, Christmas Day, in Sperry, Oklahoma, to Everett Lee and Annie Elizabeth Miles Fowler. She went to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 5, 2018, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the age of 76 years. Johnnie was raised and educated in Sperry where she completed her education. She spent much of her working life as a mobile home park manager and caring for her family. Johnnie was married July 3, 1998, in Tulsa, to David Williams the love of her life. She had been a member of the Eastern Star and enjoyed hobbies including arts, crafts, making wreaths, and floral arrangements for those she loved. She also enjoyed taking care of her precious dog “Monroe.”

Paula Matthews and husband Steve, of Owasso
Steve “Bubba” Brummett and Summer, of Nowata
Grandchildren; Rachelle Gordon and husband Nick, of Collinsville
Sally Usrey and husband Stephen, of Coweta
Steven Ra Watson, of Miami
Sarah Watson, of Coweta
Kayla Reed-Asher and husband Joe, of Okay
Austin, Matthew, and Lacey Brummett, all of Nowata
Great grandchildren; Hailey Peters and Zoey Gordon
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David, daughter, Stephanie Watson, two sisters, Ruby Mitzer and Dorothy Tarr, two brothers, Tom Fowler and Troy Fowler, and two grandsons, Luke Baker and Cole Baker.
 
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2018, at Mowery Funeral Service in Owasso. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Leonard Pirtle officiating. Final resting place with be at Benge Cemetery near Strang, Oklahoma. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
