10/02/2019 – Wednesday morning at approximately 7:38 am at the Quiktrip on 86th Street North, a woman was driving through the parking lot into the sun. A male was walking out of QT and headed to his vehicle parked at the pumps. The female driver struck the male with the front of her vehicle causing the man to land on her hood. The driver immediately hit the brakes. The victim was not under the vehicle at any point. The driver said she
never saw the male due to the sun shining in her eyes.
The victim was struck in the area of recent surgery and was transported to a Tulsa hospital for that reason.
