Marilyn Madelaine Monty was born on October 17, 1933, in Flushing, New York to Frank Riccardi and Genevieve (Stack) Monty. She passed from this life on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 92 years. Marilyn was raised and educated in Flushing where she graduated with the Flushing High School Class of 1951. She was married in May of 1954 in Flushing to John Kenneth Monty. Marilyn spent most of her working life as an executive secretary with Castolin Eutectic Manufacturing in Flushing. She eventually moved her family to Owasso, Oklahoma where she was a longtime faithful member of St. Henry Catholic Church. Marilyn dedicated her life to her family and loved her husband dearly and raising her three sons.
