Mark was very proud of his service. Especially his tour in Vietnam. If you were a fellow Veteran, he could talk to you for hours. In addition to his service & love of the Army Mark’s hobbies included: fishing, boating, working on cars, reading, and gardening.
Mark’s biggest accomplishments were as a Christian, husband, father, grandfather, brother and mentor to many. His love for his fellow man was worn on his sleeve. He went out of his way to help anyone in need. He used to buy used Bibles wherever he saw them and would hand them out for free to a person God told him to provide. He bought prayer cards and handed them out in the nursing home. His love for God knew no end.
