Mary JoAnn Bachtold was born November 14, 1932, in Drumright, Oklahoma, to Arthur Asberry Ingram and Zada Chase Ingram. She died Sunday, January 10, 2021, in Owasso, Oklahoma, at the age of 88 years. Mary completed her secondary education in Cushing, Oklahoma, and graduated with the Cushing High School Class of 1950. She attended Blackwood Davis Business College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mary was married September 23, 1953, in Jones, Oklahoma, to Eddy Lee Bachtold. She spent most of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. They had made their home in Owasso since 1972. Mary was strong in her faith and had been a faithful member of Bethel Baptist Church in Owasso for many years, then Grace Baptist Church in Owasso. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes, but most important was her family and especially her role as Grandma.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Eddy.
Graveside services were held Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at Green Acres Memorial Gardens in rural Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
