05/26/2017 – Owasso City offices will be closed on Monday, May 29th, to observe Memorial Day.
ALL refuse routes will be collected ONE DAY LATER THAN NORMAL. Monday routes will be collected Tuesday and so on through the week with Friday routes being collected on Saturday.
The Recycle Center will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2017.
Normal hours of operation will resume on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
