10/16/2017 – The City of Owasso Public Works department will be closing North Mingo Road near E.106th Streed North to facilitate a railroad crossing replacement.
Mingo Road ( North 97th East Avenue) will be closed beginning Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.
The road is expected to re-open on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 by 5:00 p.m..
