logo05/02/2018 – Oklahoma Home and Community Education Organization will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, at 1:00 pm, at the Tea Room, in the Redbud building,  at the Baptist Village, located at 7410 North 127th East Avenue in Owasso.
 
Their May meeting will be held Tuesday, May 8th, at 1:00 pm.  The topic will be “Not If, But When” – Preparing for an active shooter.  We will learn what our options are in this situation and how we can recover from this.
 
Their  June meeting will be Tuesday, June 12th, at 1:00 pm.  The will be  “Paper Bag Scrap Booking” – Have fun learning how to make an inexpensive organizer to preserve significant documents or clippings.

Local OHCE groups meet monthly and have an educational, research-based program. OHCE members participate in a variety of activities including the Tulsa County Free Fair, cultural arts tours, OHCE Week, annual holiday luncheon, special interest workshops, and community service projects.
