Owasso Community Resources will be holding their annual benefit on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Bailey Education Foundation at Bailey Medical Center. All proceeds from the Casino Night themed event will support the programs provided to many families in our community. Guests will be entertained with a variety of Table Games hosted by professional dealers including Craps, Black Jack, Roulette and Poker Tables. The annual silent and live auction has many wonderful baskets with items donated by local businesses in support of the organization. Tickets are available at Owasso Community Resources for $75 per person before March 15th or $100 per person after March 15th. Guests will receive Casino Fun Money with the purchase of each ticket. The evening will begin with a 6:00 PM reception of heavy hor d’oeurves, cash bar, and the opportunity to purchase the traditional “Bottomless Wine Glass and Beer Mug”.
Owasso Community Resources programs support and assist impoverished families’ physical and emotional well-being. They focus on reducing food insecurity in our community and provide hope to families when they are most vulnerable. Every year, they serve over 6,000 individuals and are able to make a difference in their lives. Support from our community enables them to carry out their mission of “Investing in our community … One life at a time!” They are dedicated to helping Owasso and surrounding area residents in need.
