This is Layla and her human boy, Spencer. Layla is like a sister to Spencer since he is an only child.
Spencer and Layla live in Owasso, where his hobbies for the summer include photography, swimming, and hanging out with friends.
Spencer adopted Layla from the Tulsa Animal Shelter when she was about 4 months old. She is a golden retriever mix.
When adopted, she had been locked in a cage most of her life because the people that had her thought she would be a small dog. She had been very sick, and was on medication for a while. Now, she is healthy and happy after all these years!
She is a joy and Spencer thinks she’s the smartest dog to walk the planet!
