At that time, a detective began communicating with the suspect online, pretending to be the young boy, according to Owasso police.
On Jan. 31, the suspect agreed to meet with who he thought was the victim for sexual acts. When the suspect arrived in Owasso, he was taken into custody by the Owasso Police Department.
The suspect has been identified as Joshua Dale Snow, 35, of Tulsa, according to Owasso police.
He has been arrested for Lewd Acts or Proposals to a Child, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Procuring a Minor Child for Pornography, and Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana.
