Christopher Allen
A man and woman are in custody after a standoff in Owasso Friday evening.
Officers attempted to serve a warrant Friday afternoon to 46-year-old Christopher Allen. When they did Allen barricaded himself inside a home near 82nd/127th East Avenue.
After two and half hours before police threw tear gas inside the home forcing Allen and 37-year-old Teia Newberry out the home.
Allen is being help in the Tulsa County Jail for:
