Codie Lee Bullock, 32, Tulsa
01/22/2019 – Tuesday, minutes after midnight, Owasso police were called to the Walmart Super Center regarding a woman passed out in a running vehicle.
When Owasso Police arrived, they found Codie Lee Bullock, 32 of Tulsa in a running, in gear Kia SUV slumped over the wheel.
When officers could not wake Bullock, they called Owasso Medics to the scene for assistance.
A glass pipe which is commonly used for smoking drugs was found in the SUV. Officers reported they also found a 3-year-old boy sitting in the backseat.
Bullock was transported to the Tulsa County Jail with a court date set for January 23rd, 2019. She was booked on the following charges:
